As Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of pioneering interactive marketing firm AGENCY.COM, Kyle was responsible for working directly with executive leadership at numerous Fortune 500 companies. As the company grew from two to more than 2,000 employees in less than five years, Kyle also developed programs for employee development and retention, including a peer-to-peer education program called InspireU.

In 2003, Kyle created Invention Asylum, a consumer product development and licensing company that invented and licensed more than 500 products and brand extensions (and earned Kyle his own US Utility Patent).In 2006, he was again an early mover, founding Episodiq Studios to produce short form original video and branded entertainment content. Kyle continues to develop original shows and films for both traditional and interactive distribution.

Kyle earned a BFA in performance from Penn State University in 1987 and has produced, directed and written numerous original plays, screenplays and other multimedia entertainment over the course of his professional life.
